Having suffered for over 15months with chronic tiredness, body pain and a general feeling of being unwell I finally succumbed to SHINGLES. I was advised by my GP that this very debilitating state of affairs was brought on by either stress or by being extremely run down. Thinking that neither of these applied to me, but at the same time knowing that I was post menopausal, I had no idea that the physical condition I was in was due to this later state. I have known SAM PATRICK for over ten years and have consulted her on many occasions for different ailments through the years, for both myself and my family.
