> About Iridology
Iridology is the reading of the eyes to determine physical and personality types. Iridology has been in use for years and despite skeptism from main stream doctors, they still use the reading of the arcus senelius (and many other land marks) as a sign of high cholesterol.
I use rayid iridology to give you feedback to personality tendencies and how to best find balance in your life. My clients find this very powerful and moving.
I also use constitutional iridology which can be useful to better understand your physical self and what tendencies you will be predisposed to if you don’t attend to your health.

Nutrition is the wonderful science (and art) of using foods in your environment and diet to achieve maximal energy and LIFE! Nutrition is slightly different to dietetics which tend to focus on input/output, counting calories etc..
Nutrition in my opinion is more powerful for you. You are able to lead a very healthy life simply by providing your body with optimal nutrition – this includes clean water, vitamin and mineral packed vegetables and phytonutrients that will protect you from the potential dangers of living in a “modern society.”
I am very passionate about nutrition and find it very upsetting that in an affluent country that we are seeing more vitamin and mineral deficencies than ever before. > About Saliva Hormone testing
Knowing your hormone status in today’s world is a must. You need to know how your body is responding to your external world.
World Health Organisation (WHO) recommend saliva testing as the most accurate method for assessing your sex hormones.
Are you high or low with cortisol (which is a key hormone in inflammation, which is being atributed for increases in cancer, fat gain and burn out) ?
