Have you been sunburnt before?

Many of us have and it can happen quick and can leave you sore for days (especially behind your knees)! Ouch!

It’s best to avoid LONG Exposure in the sun. I am a big fan of some sun light (even in the middle of the day) as it gives you valuable Vit D, but prolonged exposure just leads buy viagra canada to sun burn and skin cell changes.

The main things you need to pay attention to are:

1. Hydration (to prevent you getting headaches, nausea and dehydration)

Drink plenty of fluids (water and electrolytes), soups are good as well

2. Cool off (mainly for comfort and to help with pain)

Jump in a cold shower, a cold pool or river.

3. Pacify for your skin

Avoid using oils on your skin, use water based creams or aloe vera. A bath with rolled oats is soothing as it chamomile tea leaves seeped in a bath.
