Fat Loss Tip #5. Calm your tummy

IT makes sense that the organ that we WANT and NEED to be working 100% if we are to lose fat is our tummy, yet so often we don’t listen to it.  A disrupted digestive system underpins most disease states and will STOP your losing fat if it’s not working happily.

One in Five people suffer with irritable bowel symdrome (or IBS) which is when your stomach and guts give you grief with no identifiable cause. This is obviously a doctor-type diagnosis as most naturapaths and nutritionists will find a cause very quickly.

In my experience IBS or upset tummies (including gas, burping, bloating, irratic bowel motions, bad breath) are often due to an incompatible food (something that we find hard to breakdown and digest), stress or an over growth of bacteria and amoebas/parasites.
