Hi Selina
yes very tempting to break poor sleep patterns with sleepers - sometimes that strategy works, but often the underlying issue is still there.
I am highly suspicous of midnight to 2am wakings being caused by a drop in blood sugar. So if people have wine before bed, their BSL spikes 1-2 hours after hitting the pillow, then it will drop and a low BSL will wake people. high carb meals do this as well. So a little protein snack before bed might help.
4 am wakings - maybe you have had enough sleep? or could be a sign of stress/anxiety? Or maybe your melatonin isn't holding you asleep for whatever reason.
I'd get a relaxation audio going for the 4 am waking and see it as an opportunity to meditate, visualize etc.. all very doable in the horizontal sleep position. Let me know how you go x

thx sam read the info. anxiety increased about taking them.! it was just to break bad sleep patterns. i have no trouble going to sleep just staying asleep can wake at midnight and have early morning insomnia too. will wake from 4 am. its still dark. i realise issues re cortisol and sometimes OH. but OH dropped dramatically with not huge change. do u think tem tabs would assist this this patterning.?? x

awe, $30 bucks at warmalt? I paid $38 at sams. I’m still happy about it. I got 2- and split one in half. 1 1/2 for my garden (126″ by 63″ by 8″) and 1/2 (42″ by 24″) to use as a sand box for my kids. I did spend more than I had planned on for building one myself, but I am beyond un handy… my husband works a ton… my dad doesn’t have time to come do it for me… and it’s from recycled materials- so win-win!

Pathetic that men are blamed for women turning themselves into men. Have you no shame at all. I am at University and I can tell you none of my mates would have anything to do with a female in any shape form whatever, it is too below us.
